Return, Refund, Cancellation & Shipping Policy
At Aadi Design’s Studio, we value our customers and aim to deliver high-quality interior solutions and custom furniture. Please read the following policies carefully before making a purchase or booking our services.
1. Return Policy
- Products must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product should be in its original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and accompanied by:
- Original packing materials
- Courier receipt
- Invoice and any supporting papers
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, altered, or used after delivery.
2 Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, Aadi Design’s Studio will initiate the refund to your original payment method.
- Refunds will typically reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
3 Refund & Cancellation
- Since interior design services involve detailed planning, custom work, and resource allocation, NO REFUND and NO CANCELLATION will be entertained once payment has been made.
- Advance/booking fees for design consultations or projects are strictly non-refundable.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, cancellations will not be accepted as processing begins.
- Alternatively: Customers can cancel only before the order has been shipped/dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, returns are allowed as per the Return Policy above.
5 Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Aadi Design’s Studio ships products across most parts of India.
- Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours, except on Sundays and national holidays.
- Delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities / Major Locations: 3–5 business days
- Other Areas: 7–10 business days (may vary depending on location and courier availability)
- Delays may occur due to unavoidable logistics challenges beyond our control. In such cases, we request customer cooperation.
- If a shipment is untraceable or delayed beyond reasonable timelines, Aadi Design’s Studio reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
- Aadi Design’s Studio will use reasonable care in performing our services. However, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. loss of use, business interruption, etc.) arising from your use of the site or services provided.
- Our maximum liability (to the extent permitted by law) will be limited to the fees you have paid us for the particular service giving rise to a claim.
