- Any proposal, design plan, or cost estimate we send is based on information you provide. If there are changes in scope, materials, or site conditions, the final cost or timeline may change accordingly.
4. Intellectual Property, Feedback & Submissions
- All content on adstudio.in (design images, blog posts, service descriptions, logos, etc.) is owned by Aadi Design’s Studio or is used under license, and is protected under intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.
- If you send us design ideas, feedback, testimonials or other content (collectively “Submissions”), you grant us the right to use them for business purposes (for example, showcasing in portfolio, social media, or promotional material) without needing to compensate you, unless we specifically agree otherwise.
- You confirm that your Submissions do not infringe rights of any third party, are not defamatory, unlawful, or offensive.
5 Accuracy of Information
- We aim to keep all information on the site — including project examples, descriptions, pricing (if shown), furniture or material details — as accurate as possible. But errors or omissions can happen.

- If you cancel a project or order after acceptance, cancellation fees may apply depending on how much work has been done or materials committed.

8 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bharath.
- Any disputes or claims arising out of or in relation to these terms or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
